This is great in concept, but the magnets are not strong enough, so if you even barely knock it, it falls off the magnets and you have to fish around under your sink to find them. The design itself is great, I just wish the magnets were stronger.
Hallo. It sound like something is not correct install. You need to fix the backside magnet with enclosed stickers. Also the magnets are very strong, but maybe you have get a version not 100% correct to your sink type. Please contact us. We want our customers to be glade for our products.

It's cleverly useful and qualitative.
Funktioniert bei unserer Fragranit Spüle (von Franke ähnlich dem Silgranit von Blanco) sehr gut. Es halten auch mit Wasser vollgesogene Lappen darauf.
Versand hat wie angegeben ein bisschen länger gedauert aber es kam gut verpackt hier an. Würde es wieder bestellen :)
Tolle Idee! Da wir früher den Lappen über den Wasserhahn gelegt haben, ist jetzt unserer Wasserhahn viel hygienischer als vorher. Herzlichen Dank für die Stange! :)

Product is great for metal / chrome sinks but wasn’t so powerful for thick ceramic sinks

Excellent company. This one does not stay up as well as the bar holder. It is very nice and will hold a sponge but sometimes turns upside down
